Rum for Two is an enveloping and seductive fragrance, sometimes brazen, that captures attention. It is a complex and elusive scent, difficult to define, as every time you think you have understood it, it surprises you with new and contrasting aspects. The notes combine to create a unique, original, and fascinating accord. The opening is a balance of bergamot and saffron that gives way to a vibrant heart of rose, tobacco, and rum. At the base, notes of patchouli, tonka bean, cedarwood, along with a subtle touch of cocoa and amber woods, confer a luxurious depth and persistence that accompanies the wearer for hours.
Rum for Two is a mystery. Among the various notes, rum is the creator and accomplice, hidden in the folds of the sheets of a "room for two", in a game of assonances. In that room where everything is suspended, sex, love, a simple story... contrasting impulses intertwine in this elusive yet sensual and elegant arrangement. Rum for Two leaves the door of that room open. In fact, in creating it, I imagined an unfinished encounter, a silent but powerful dialogue, a sensory journey into the depths of emotions, from which emerges a refined balance. All this is the result of a personal experience that I wanted to transform into a fragrance. I am Gio Rocca Profumi and Rum for Two is my first work.
