Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the entire Italian territory.

Is order delivery free?

Our deliveries are free for orders that exceed the threshold shown at checkout (calculated on the amount paid).

For orders below this threshold, or whenever you request a faster delivery than the standard one offered by Spezieri, a shipping cost is charged that may vary depending on the destination and the delivery times. The cost of this additional service is clearly shown at checkout and is subject to your choice.

What are the home delivery times?

We strive to process all orders within the 2 working days following the moment we receive notification of their payment.

From handover to the courier, arrival at the destination is generally expected within 2 working days, unless an express delivery has been requested. However, please note that standard times may be subject to changes due to various factors beyond our control.

Can I change the shipping address entered with the order?

The address entered with the order can only be changed up until the moment the products are shipped. You can do so by sending an e-mail as soon as possible to info@spezieri.com, indicating your Account on the site, the order number and the new address to which the products should be delivered. We will reply to you as soon as possible regarding whether the change has been made or whether it is not possible to proceed.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. In the users' section of the site, by logging into your User area. From there you will also be able to track the shipment.
