Where do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the Italian territory.

Is order delivery free?

Our deliveries are free for orders over 49 euros (amount paid at checkout).

For orders up to 50 euros or if you request a faster delivery than the standard one offered by Spezieri, a shipping cost will be charged, which may vary depending on the destination and delivery times. The cost of this additional service is clearly indicated at the checkout of the order and is subject to your choice.

What are the home delivery times?

We commit to processing all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment notification.

From delivery to the courier, arrival at the destination is generally expected within 2 working days, unless express delivery has been requested. However, we warn that standard times may be modified based on factors that we cannot control.

Can I change the shipping address entered in the order?

The address entered in the order can be changed only until the products are shipped.

You can do this by sending an email to info@spezieri.com as soon as possible.

Indicate in the email your site account, order number, and new address where you want the products to be delivered.

We will respond as soon as possible about the change or the impossibility of proceeding.

Can I track the order status?
