Spezieri is committed to being a reliable and responsible partner for every customer and for every user who comes into contact with us. This means that we are committed to exercising the utmost care in the collection and management of the personal data that the customer/user provides to us or that we automatically acquire, adopting specific measures designed to guarantee its security, confidentiality and integrity, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereinafter the "Regulation").

This Privacy Notice specifies, among other things, which personal data concerning our customers we process and for what purposes. This notice also specifies the customer's rights with regard to such personal data.

1. Data Controller

The Controller of Personal Data (hereinafter also the "Controller") is Profumatoria Srl (hereinafter also referred to as "Spezieri"), with registered office in Italy, in Conegliano (TV), at Via Cristoforo Colombo no. 50, tax code/VAT no. (IT) 05480940260, which can be contacted via the e-mail address info@spezieri.com.

2. Types of personal data we collect and process

Spezieri may process the personal data of its customers or of persons who come into contact with us in various ways, including users who browse and/or purchase products and services on our website: www.spezieri.com (the "Site").

Data acquired automatically on the Site

Browsing data: data that the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire in the course of their normal operation and whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used for browsing, the URI notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the response and other parameters relating to the operating system and the computing environment. This data is not disclosed and is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to monitor its correct operation. Except where liability needs to be ascertained in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site, such data is retained for up to 24 months.

Geo-location data: the Site's internal search system collects, exclusively when used and subject to confirmation, data relating to geographical location, in order to obtain appropriate search results (for example, when you search for the boutique nearest to you via the dedicated function).

Data voluntarily provided by the person

  • Personal details: first name, surname, date of birth, gender, tax code and the like;
  • Contact details: e-mail address, telephone number, address of residence or domicile;
  • Data relating to purchases made: date, quantity and type, product code, sale amount, VAT number where applicable, shipping/billing address, data relating to the payment method, information on complaints, returns, warranty, refunds and other information relating to the sale of products;
  • Information concerning personal interests or preferences: Spezieri services, events or initiatives the person has joined, or expressions of appreciation for products or initiatives of the various brands marketed by Spezieri;
  • Username and password: when purchasing goods or services on the Site, signing up for one of the services provided through the Site, or activating a Personal Account.

Personal data collected through social media pages

We may collect certain personal data during interactions with social media pages, communicated directly by the person (when they share images, comment on our posts, express their appreciation or write to us via private chat) or collected indirectly as a consequence of the interaction with our social media pages. The availability of such data depends on the social media settings chosen by the person and on the content they choose to make public. 3. How we use personal data

Personal data will be processed on the basis of the following principles of lawfulness of processing:

  1. Consent, in order to carry out marketing activities (both through automated electronic tools and through traditional channels) and to analyse personal aspects in order to identify consumption preferences. The provision of data for such purposes is entirely voluntary; failure to provide it may prevent involvement in our marketing initiatives and in the newsletter.
  2. Performance of contractual or pre-contractual obligations, in order to enable the purchase of products on the Site, create a Personal Account, respond to contact requests and provide the Site services the person has signed up for.
  3. Compliance with the legal obligations to which Spezieri is subject (for example tax and administrative obligations).
  4. Pursuit of a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1, letter f) of the Regulation (e.g. fraud prevention, improvement of management processes, defence of a right).

4. How we protect personal data

The processing will be carried out with the aid of electronic, paper and computer tools and is based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your rights as a person and of your confidentiality. The data will be processed in such a way as to minimise the risks of destruction, loss, unauthorised access or processing that is not permitted or not in keeping with the purposes of the collection.

5. How and with whom we share personal data

Personal data will not be subject to disclosure or sale. To the extent permitted by law, it may be accessible to: our service providers (technical, administrative or organisational activities on our behalf); public Authorities (in response to formal and lawful requests or in fulfilment of legal obligations); third parties (in the event of reorganisation, merger, sale, assignment or transfer of our business); persons authorised by Spezieri to process personal data, bound by confidentiality.

6. Where personal data is stored

As a rule, personal data will be processed only in Italy and within the European Economic Area (EEA). Should we make use of providers operating outside the EEA, the transfer of data will take place only in the presence of adequate safeguards provided for by applicable law.

7. How long we retain personal data

  • Marketing activities: until consent is withdrawn;
  • Profiling activities: 7 years from the date consent is given, with automatic renewal in the event of a new purchase;
  • Purchase of products on the Site: until the fulfilment of all contractual obligations of the sale;
  • Services dedicated to Personal Account holders: until the closure of the Account or of the service;
  • Support services: until the complete fulfilment of the commitments undertaken;
  • Legal obligations: variable according to the regulations in force;
  • Legitimate interest: until such interest is achieved.

8. The rights of the personal data owner

At any time the person has the right to know what their personal data in our possession is and the related processing in progress, to request its updating or rectification and, in the cases provided for by the regulations in force, to obtain its erasure, the restriction of processing, to object to its processing or to withdraw the consent previously given.
