Can I return the products I received?

The Consumer, i.e. the Customer who does not operate in the context of a professional activity (business), has 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered products to declare their intention to withdraw from the purchase of one or more ordered products.

We remind you that, to be eligible for return, products must still be intact in their original packaging (shrink-wrapped), unused, and with our warranty seals present. We also recommend keeping the packaging with which the goods were received for the entire return period, in order to be able to reuse it (if still possible). Please note that some of the products contain alcohol and therefore the packaging must be handled as required by law.

 

What is the procedure for returning a product?

You must send a communication of withdrawal by e-mail, within the return period, to the following address: info@spezieri.com  

The email must indicate:

  • the order number of the purchase;
  • the list and quantity of products you intend to return;
  • any request to offer a transport organized by Spezieri on your behalf.

From the sending of the communication, you have 14 days to return the products to Spezieri. 

The organization and costs of transport (and related accessories) are at your expense.

If you ask Spezieri to organize transport on your behalf, you will be presented with a cost estimate. You have 2 days to accept or reject it. After 2 days, the offer will be considered rejected.

When will I receive the refund for the return?

Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse and their integrity has been positively verified, we will inform you of the start of the refund procedure.

We do our best to complete the verification of the goods and process refunds within 5 working days of arrival at our warehouse.
