How to return a product and get a refund.

Online withdrawal: from your orders area you'll find the "Withdraw from the contract here" button to exercise withdrawal in a few clicks, with immediate email confirmation. The link is also included in your order emails. The refund is issued after the item is returned intact and sealed.

Can I return the products I received?

The Consumer, i.e. the Customer who is not acting within the scope of a professional activity (business), has 14 days from the day on which they received the ordered products to declare their intention to withdraw from the purchase of one or more of the ordered products.

Please remember that, in order to be eligible for return, the products must still be intact in their original packaging (shrink-wrapped), unused and with our guarantee seals in place. We also recommend keeping, for the entire return period, the packaging in which the goods were received, so that it can be reused. Please note that some of the products contain alcohol and that the packaging must therefore be handled as required by law.

What is the procedure to return a product?

You must send notice of your withdrawal by e-mail, within the return period, to the following address: info@spezieri.com. The e-mail must indicate:

  • the order number of the purchase;
  • the list and quantity of the products you intend to return;
  • any request for shipping arranged by Spezieri on your behalf.

From the moment the notice is sent, you have 14 days to return the products to Spezieri. The arrangement and costs of shipping (and related charges) are at your expense. Should you ask Spezieri to arrange shipping on your behalf, you will be provided with a cost estimate: you have 2 days to accept or decline it, after which the offer will be deemed declined.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse and their integrity has been successfully verified, we will inform you that the refund procedure has begun. We do our best to complete the inspection of the goods and process refunds within 5 working days of their arrival at our warehouse.
