Grey amber, the regurgitated, aged and oxidized secretion of the sperm whale, is one of the most precious ingredients in perfumery. Due to its rarity and high cost, Ambergris (or "grey amber") is synthetic in 99% of perfumes that list it as an ingredient.

In Ambre Suprême, the natural version is used, specially sourced and tinctured using our exclusive ultrasonic extraction, with a concentration of 10%. This highlights this precious ingredient, capable of amplifying and unifying the other notes of the composition.

All the fascinating aspects of grey amber are enhanced: from the ambered, animal, to the mineral, marine and salty, adding what perfumer Antoine Lie describes as a "luminosity, a patina, a feeling" to the perfume.
