Parfums Artimique

That passion later turned into study. After a science-focused secondary school she graduated in chemistry and pharmaceutical technology and attended the GIP perfumery summer school in Grasse. Years of research and experimentation followed, along with time spent at an old apothecary and perfume workshop in Florence, where she learned local techniques. Her scientific background lets her speak the same language as the perfumers she works with, made of formulas and raw materials, and follow each idea closely as it develops.

Her inspiration comes from her own life: classic perfumery, the art and beauty of Venice, travel, food, the lagoon in winter and the island of Elba in summer. The house sources high-quality raw materials from suppliers around the world and, where possible, uses techniques such as supercritical CO2 extraction and molecular distillation. The rest of production is handled by Italian partners, and the packaging is recyclable and FSC certified.

The collection has four fragrances. Philtre d'Ambre has a firm character, with soft spices smoothed by balsams, resins and Turkish rose. Alongside it are Jasmin Gyokuro, Coconut Blanket and Shower & Smoke. The house describes its work as craft perfumery, far from standardised creations, combining Italian tradition with French savoir-faire.
