Punktovago comes from Mirko Lo Bianco, a fragrance expert who spent years studying and working in the field across Italy, abroad and in Northern Europe. Each Punktovago perfume is conceived as a concept album, with a central idea and a story, but the final meaning comes from whoever wears it, the way a record only makes sense once someone listens to it. Even the bottle is designed like a vinyl. The fragrances are 100% made in Italy, produced with skilled artisans. Among its stated values the brand lists authenticity, freedom and irony, and it openly speaks above all to people who feel a little out of step.
The first record is Borderline Club, a 50 ml extrait de parfum composed by Lo Bianco himself and described as a disruptive oriental gourmand. It opens with lemon, ginger and bergamot, moves into malt and coffee, and closes on castoreum, incense and white chocolate: a sweetness that comforts without turning safe. The story on the label comes in several languages, but the perfume is always the same.
