On Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, the Spezieri Perfume Shop in Treviso - Calmaggiore 54 - will host a special event dedicated to the world of artistic perfumery.
...and a great fragrant surprise during the event!
The star of the evening will be Flavius Călaj, founder of Calaj Perfumes, an independent house that has established itself on the international scene thanks to intense, emotional, and unconventional olfactory creations.
Born in Romania and always passionate about author fragrances, Flavius began his journey by selecting and distributing niche brands, until launching his own brand, Calaj Perfumes, in 2020. His compositions stand out for their craftsmanship, the quality of raw materials, and a recognizable stylistic imprint: each fragrance tells a story, often deep, seductive, or enigmatic.
During the meeting, it will be possible to discover many of his fragrances up close, including:
Delizia Oscura, a dark and sensual gourmand fragrance that combines creamy notes of milk and almond with a dense base of leather, amber, and castoreum. It is a perfume that plays between innocence and perversion, evoking an almost forbidden pleasure. Its evolution is hypnotic, with sweet, animalistic, and mysterious facets intertwining in a surprising way.
Lilyn, more delicate but no less evocative, is a tribute to floral elegance. It opens with a bright bouquet of lily and white flowers, caressed by musky notes and a slightly spicy talc background. It is a fragrance that evokes purity, but with an emotional depth that makes it sophisticated and enveloping.
Black Beard, finally, is a declaration of character. Inspired by the imagery of the romantic pirate, it blends spicy citrus, leather, tobacco, and musk, creating a strong, decisive, and irresistibly masculine trail. A modern interpretation of classic men's fragrance, with a baroque and theatrical soul.
During the event, Flavius will personally recount the creative process behind each perfume, share anecdotes about the birth of his brand, and lead a unique olfactory tasting. It will also be an opportunity to meet him, ask questions, take photos, and immerse yourself in the world of Calaj through a curated selection of his fragrances.
