FOUGAIR raises its green fist in a revolutionary salute, transporting us to open spaces where nothing is clearly defined. Everything is possible. Identity becomes fluid, and a game of confident interpretations begins. With an explosion of fresh fern resin, FOUGAIR, with its visionAIR direction and neutral composition regarding gender, is outlined by the refined essence of the urban jungle and the clean notes of rose pepper. A ménage à trois of patchouli, fir, and Lorenox pulses sensually in its depths.

With FOUGAIR, J.F. Schwarzlose Berlin once again sets the trends. The in-house perfumer Véronique Nyberg has composed the ninth perfume beyond classic gender classifications. Inspired by the 1950s fougère perfume, its avant-garde formula with accents of naturalness and lightness refreshes the senses. FOUGAIR is as clear as a bright morning and at the same time envelops you in a cocoon of lasting elegance. FOUGAIR – for free urban spirits.

Since its reincarnation in 2012 as J.F. Schwarzlose Berlin, the perfume manufacturer has distinguished itself with fragrances that combine zeitgeist and timelessness as a tribute to its roots. FOUGAIR is inspired by the spirit, composition, and natural changes. Thus, during the period of the foundation of the Schwarzlose & Söhne perfume house by the Berlin piano maker Joachim Friedrich Schwarzlose, the era of perfumes that limited themselves to imitating floral compositions was already emerging. Shortly after, a perfume revolution took place in Europe: perfumers were now able to compose aromatic chords in elaborate bouquets of perfumes by extracting plant substances. The history of modern perfume begins, and one of the first to emerge is the creation of the fougère.
